We’re very proud to announce that we’ve been appointed as official stockists of Lindberg spectacles, hand-crafted in Denmark and widely recognised as one of the world’s finest frame-makers.
Denmark is home to some of the greatest, yet understated, design that there is. Quiet minimalism, based on the form-follows-function ethos, informs all of the finest Danish design work, whether its Georg Jensen cutlery or the architecture of Arne Jacobsen.
Firmly in that tradition are minimalist spectacle frames by Denmark’s Lindberg, which we are delighted to be able to offer to you here at The Specky Wren.
Lindberg are no ordinary frame-makers. Family-owned, and founded in 1985, Lindberg have won more than 60 design awards and hold a Royal Warrant as a Purveyor to the Court of Denmark.

Lindberg specialise in frames that are hardly there. All Lindberg spectacles are lightweight and many are rimless. Using the latest technical innovations combined with materials of the highest quality and dedicated craftsmanship, Lindberg produce pieces of both beauty and simplicity.
Every pair is numbered and finished by hand.
It’s not for nothing that Esquire magazine declared that Lindberg “make some of the most elegant spectacles in the world”, or that Giorgio Armani has said that he wears bespoke Lindberg spectacles, made to his own specifications.
Lindberg frames are elegantly discreet and some feature a statement colour. All are designed and made at the company’s headquarters in Denmark’s second city, Aarhus, to maintain the Lindberg tradition of excellence.
Materials include titanium and acetate and Lindberg’s research ensures that each pair is engineered with the very minimum of welds, screws and rivets, resulting in a pair of spectacles that not only changes the way that you see the world, but the way the world sees you.
